 With this, users can create a virtual animated avatar doll.  We can change the hair, facial structure, cooling glasses, clothes etc. of these animated dolls as per our wish.  It can also be used as WhatsApp profile and stickers.

WhatsApp has now introduced this feature which is already present in apps like Messenger, Facebook and Instagram.
